Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection and/or copying.  The City's IT Department performed a preliminary email search of the City's Enterprise Vault System utilizing the following parameters based on the information in your request:
Timeframe:  1/1/2010 - 2/18/2021
FROM: ring.com OR clearview.ai OR mg.clearview.ai
The search returned approximately 8,500 hits. The returned emails will need to be reviewed for responsive to your request and for any exempt information.  At this time, we anticipate requiring approximately 120 days, or until on or about June 25, 2021, within which to provide a first installment of emails.   We will follow up with you on or about that date regarding the status of your request.  If public records become available in advance of this estimate, we will let you know.  Conversely, if City staff encounters a need to extend our estimate, we will advise accordingly.  Due to the time and resources involved in performing email reviews, if at any time you decide you are no longer interested in obtaining the emails, we would appreciate you letting us know.
Sincerely,
Terri Pfister
