-Ticketmaster
-Learfield IMG
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon, Ellen,
I have received two (2) letters from you dated 5/19/21 requesting signed and or executed contracts/agreements/MOUs between USC and Ticketmaster and Learfield IMG. I attached the Learfield IMG contract to the email I sent to you on 5/10/21 in response to your request dated 3/29/21 along with the other contracts you requested in your request dated 3/24/21. In my email (see below) I mentioned that I did not attach the Ticketmaster contract because we do not have a contract with them. We answered both your request for records in one email dated 3/10/21. I have reattached the Learfield contract files to this email.
If you have questions or have not received everything you requested please email or call me to tell me what you are missing so we can close this records request.
