Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

-All policies and procedures for the operation of unmanned aerial systems (drones, UAVs).
-All flight logs from 2021-2022
-All complaints in writing from employees objecting to the use of drone footage for training
-All written requests for UAS deployment 2021-2022
-All Part 107 certifications for agency UAS operators
-All FAA and Nevada Department of Public Saftey UAS registrations

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We do not currently have an active UAV/drone program and as such do not have a policy, objections to the use of drone footage for training, or written requests for deployment.
