Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

For the years 2017, 2018, and 2019, any records of arrests made of crimes being charged as human trafficking, including but not limited to, crimes of:

(1) involuntary servitude and
(2) commercial sex trafficking.

Please also provide any all segregable demographic information related to the arrest that your agency may possess, including but not limited to the age, gender, race, and any other relevant data on the victims and the perpetrators.

Additionally, please provide any available data on the time and location of each arrest made.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
