Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:
- the police incident report pertaining to a fatal car crash on or about August 31, 2015, that left Douglas Elliman broker Paul Hansen dead and in connection with which real estate developer Sean Ludwick was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a fatal accident [http://nypost.com/2015/08/31/developer-charged-with-dwi-in-deadly-sag-harbor-porsche-crash/];
- the coroner's report for Douglas Elliman broker Paul Hansen;
- any witness statements pertaining to the fatal accident.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
