To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
(1) manifests for all legs of all flights on state aircraft from January 1, 2010 through September 1, 2022;
(2) a list of individual passengers on each leg of each flight; and
(3) the full cost per mile;
This is to include N90SD, N773SD, N975KA and N611SD, but does not need to include data from N63628, N2118, the SDSU plane, or the USD plane.
Additionally, please leave the columns for Flight ID and Leg ID on the spreadsheet if possible. If this isn't possible, perform as little data aggregation/consolidation as practical.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
