State Airplane Manifests

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Flight log data and passenger manifests for all flights for the state-owned aircraft for 2021 and 2022 up to today (or as close to today as reasonably practical). This is to include N90SD, N773SD, N975KA and N611SD, but does not need to include data from either N63628 or N2118.

Additionally, please leave the columns for Flight ID and Leg ID on the spreadsheet if possible.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
