Data Files and Formulas for COVID-19 Dashboard

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the South Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

- Any and all data for the COVID-19 Dashboard (https://doh.sd.gov/news/coronavirus.aspx) including the SD Overview, Demographics, Hospital Capacity, and Tables data

- The formula for the COVID-19 Hospital Capacity (Staffed Hospital Bed Capacity, Staffed ICU Bed Capacity, and Ventilator Capacity)

- Any and all data relating to state COVID-19 modeling and projections

- Any and all data, projections, modeling, and records relating to the spread of COVID-19 in schools, universities, sporting events, and public events

- Any and all data, projections, modeling, and records relating to the spread of COVID-19 during the July 3, 2020 Mount Rushmore fireworks display

- Any and all data, projections, modeling, and records relating to future projections of the spread of COVID-19 and related treatments and response capacity

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
