The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

The Department of Labor and Regulation (“Department”) received your request sent by fax dated February 1, 2018. In said request you are seeking “All correspondence . . . between officials at the Vermont Governor’s Office and The South Dakota Department of Labor . . .” concerning the Dakota Roots program. Pursuant to SDCL Ch. 1-27, your fax is being treated as an open records request for the aforementioned documents. Please accept this email as the Department’s official response.
No correspondence have been exchanged between the Department and the Vermont Governor’s Office concerning the Dakota Roots program during the time period starting January 1, 2017 to the present date.
