Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any signed and/or executed employment agreement/contract/offer letter/memorandum of understanding between the University of South Carolina and Caroline Neil.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

This is in response to the Freedom of Information Act request that you recently directed to the University of SC> The University has determined that it possesses documents that are responsive to your request. A person who knowingly violates this prohibition is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars or imprisoned for a term not to exceed one year, or both.
