Pursuant to the South Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Yearly unduplicated headcount data for all public higher education institutions in South Dakota for academic year AY 2020-2021, and all academic years from AY 2000-2001 to AY 2009-2010.

Yearly unduplicated headcount data for UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH DAKOTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE- SIOUX FALLS for all academic years from academic year AY 2000-2001 to AY 2020-2021.

Yearly full time equivalent data for all public higher education institutions in South Dakota for academic year AY 2020-2021, and all academic years from AY 2000-2001 to AY 2009-2010.

Yearly full time equivalent data for UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH DAKOTA COMMUNITY COLLEGE- SIOUX FALLS for all academic years from academic year AY 2000-2001 to AY 2020-2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I received a mailing today that references South Carolina Public Records Laws, but then makes reference to South Dakota enrollment data. I'm assuming the South Carolina references are errant. With that said, we are considering your request an informal request for records pursuant to SDCL 1-27-35. In the event you are unsatisfied with the information provided in response to your request and/or deem our response a denial or partial denial of what you were requesting, please submit a formal written request for disclosure of records pursuant to SDCL 1-27-37, and official correspondence will follow as required thereafter.
