Good Morning, Mr. Waltman.
Your email of January 24 to the SCIIC Center was forwarded to me.
We responded to your request in a letter dated December 15, 2017 which is attached. I did notice that on the mailing address, our office had listed DEPT MR 44663 for your address. It may be that as your email lists DEPT MR 44618 for your address, the letter may have been placed in the wrong slot.
