Sonoma County Jail inmate death investigation, Fall 2014

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All reports, evaluations, and related materials produced as a result of the October/November 2014 review of Sonoma County Jail's policies and procedures and the investigation of inmate deaths (http://www.pressdemocrat.com/news/2999819-181/sheriffs-officials-launch-investigation-into?page=0)

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
