Re: Massachusetts Public Records Request Dated September 12, 2011,

To whom it may concern:

Do you want all communications from OSPCD Staff, The Historic Preservation Commission and others involving the Armory including Preservation Awards, art exhibits, publicity and other events or just the review of proposed alterations to the Armory Entry?

If just the Armory entrance ramp discussions between OSPCD Staff, the Historic Preservation Commission and the Arts at the Armory are to be considered, in connection with your public records request dated September 12, 2011, pursuant to Freedom of Information Act, G.L.M. c.66, §10, and the Federal 24 CFR570.508 regulations, the estimate of the applicable copying, research and segregation time fees is $65.14, calculated as follows:

E-mail correspondence, photographs and plans received : 50 pages @ 20¢/per page = $ 10.00
Research and Copying charges 3 hours @ $18.38/per hour = $ 55.14

If you would like copies of the above referenced documents, please send a check payable to the City of Somerville to my attention in the amount of $ 65.14.

Thank you.

Very truly yours,
