Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, ยง10, I hereby request the following records:

All records of correspondence between the Somerville Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development and Tufts University from January 2010 to the present.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thanks for your response Ms. McGettigan,

For now I would prefer to narrow my request to correspondence between OSPCD and Tufts concerning the enforcement of Somerville Zoning Ordinance's limit of no more than four unrelated occupants to a dwelling, especially as it pertains to the City's approved 'Ordinance Regulating University Accountability'.

Thank you,
Daniel Welch
