Tara Calico Reports, Statements and Evidence Reports

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all reports, written statements, recorded interviews and evidence reports in regards to the Tara Calico Case. I am also looking specifically for the Evidence Report on Evidence found by Socorro County Sheriff's office deputies which includes Tara's pink bike, her underwear and tennis shoe that was eventually turned over to Valencia County. Also, anything else and all on her case that is mentioned above or that I have failed mentioned.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
