Procureware is the software we use, it was originally called Ebid Systems then had a name change. Same ownership throughout.

b. What is the annual cost for this software? $25,000

c. When did the most recent contract with the software provider begin? This was executed in December 2015.

d. Do you use your ERP system to manage the process of RFI, RFQ, RFP? No, the County does not use its financial system (nor procurement software) to manage the competitive process.
