Our procedure is to locate records, review them for exemptions, and then prepare them for your inspection and/or copying. The undersigned will be coordinating with other County departments in the collection, review and production of responsive records.

Snohomish County is currently experiencing a reduced workforce.  As a result of this reduction, as well as our current volume of requests, we reasonably believe that an installment of records will be available on or before 3/31/23.  Should records become available prior to that date we will contact you. Conversely, if we encounter a need to extend our estimate, we will contact you promptly with a revised estimated date.
