Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of the following documents: (1) Memorandum issued by the Chief of Police to department personnel in response to the settlement with the ACLU of Delaware in February 2015; (2) Department policies on internal affairs investigations, discipline and code of conduct; and (3) Internal Affairs Complaints Statistical Summary for years 2011 through 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning.

Regarding your open records email, I apologize for the delayed response, however, your original request dated June 5, 2015 went to the SPAM folder of our Police Department and
was located on June 26 and forwarded to the City Clerk's office for processing.

Police Chief Lee has responded and has no knowledge of the case you have referred to and in researching the information through Google found that the ACLU case you have requested
is in regards to Smyrna, Delaware and you have contacted Smyrna, Georgia.
