Hello,

Checking once again to confirm whether this APRA request was received.

Thank you.

From: Shawn Musgrave

Hello,

As amended in 2012, the APRA requires the arrest information as requested here to be released within 48 hours if said request is received on a weekday. By now, this request has been pending beyond even the 10 business day response window provided under APRA for all other requests.

Please advise as to the status of this request immediately.

Respectfully,
Shawn

Shawn,

I have been out on sick leave for minor surgery for a month. Just back into
the office today. This is the reason your request has not been filled.
Please add another e-mail address with mine so at least two people here will
receive your requests. The address to add is mrheaume@smithfieldpd.com
That address is for Captain Michael Rheaume. He is our detective commander
and our public information officer.

I will get to your request as soon as possible but it will not be today. Do
you still want the 24 hour period from your original request (July 29-30) or
a new 24 hour period?

S. Canis
