1. The policy manual of the police department
2. All other documents, if not included in the policy manual, that pertain to police department policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your patience with regard to your Public Records Act request seeking a copy of the Simi Valley Police Department's policy manual. The responsive records are too large to email, therefore the City Clerk's Office will place a copy of the policy manual onto a CD and will be placed in the mail tomorrow March 20, via regular U.S. Postal Service.
Please kindly confirm via email upon receipt of the CD/records. Thank you.
