From:

Ms. Burnside:

I am an attorney who represents CentralSquare Technologies. I understand that you have requested certain information from the City of Shoreline, Washington related to the RFP CentralSquare submitted on June 24, 2016 (RFP # 8533).

It is CentralSquare's position that the RFP cannot be released pursuant to Washington law because it contains certain confidential information. Accordingly, CentralSquare intends to file a lawsuit to block the release of the RFP.

I write to determine what specific information you seek through your request and, specifically, if you would be amenable to receiving a redacted version of the RFP that does not contain confidential information.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss this matter.
