Dear Ms. Miller,

Thank you for your letter. In response to your request:

"Before we provide an estimated timeline for responding to your request, please clarify the level
of detailed information you are seeking in the electronic copies of emails you have requested.
Are you requesting pdf format with or without the metadata for each email?"

It would be most appreciated if all responsive records could be produced in .pdf format and in reverse chronological order. More recent records produced before earlier records requested (2020 - 2014). It is not necessary to provide email metadata, however email addresses should be included in any response unless accompanied by a valid exemption log.

Thank you.

Dear Public Records Officer:
You have indicated that responsive records pursuant to my public records request are available electronically however you have not provided these records and the codes and/or account passwords to access the records.

You have allegedly provided responsive records via a link:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/19BFSzeJGh_lNTQROElewJs4C2avrjvS3?usp=sharing

A screenshot of the link is attached.

This link to a “google drive” share requires an access code or password however you did not provide the code or password for access to the records.
Under WASHINGTON STATE LAW (RCW 42.56.520) responsive records must be delivered unsecured or freely available to download.

YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED:

1. Please produce the records electronically via direct email with no password protection enabled.

OR

2. Please produce a link to a cloud-based storage location of the records for download without restrictions of any kind (no password protection, unknown access codes, mandatory registration, payment, etc.)

OR

3. Please produce a link to the cloud-based storage location of the records INCLUDING ALL USERNAMES AND PASSWORDS OR CODES REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE RECORDS.
An example of a free cloud based service that will host the responsive documents and provide a download link free of any password protection is: https://gofile.io/welcome

Thank you.
