I am writing to follow up on my previous FOIL request, which was denied by the Shoreham-Wading River Central School District, as they indicated that the requested documents do not exist. The FOIL request was made on April 4, 2022, and the response was provided on March 10, 2023.

Please provide this certification within 10 business days of receipt of this letter.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide further information regarding the steps taken to search for the requested documents. Specifically, I would like to know which offices or departments were contacted, which individuals were contacted, and what search terms or parameters were used. Please provide this information within 10 business days of receipt of this letter.
