Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
TAPS does not participate in any Bulk Fuel Purchasing, and is not affiliated with the County. TAPS is a standalone transit district. As a result, TAPS does not have any information within its possession that is responsive to this request for public information.
