Dear Edwin Rios,

This is to respond to your California Public Records Act request dated April 22, 2022, which the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office received on the same date. You requested “the "eviction list" compiled by your department between January 2019 and the latest available data”.

Please find attached records we understand to be responsive to your request. During the time frame of your request, evictions were tracked using two different software programs. While we no longer have access to our previous software, some reports still exist from the previous software. In addition to current records, the old reports are being provided to you, as they may contain eviction records that were not transferred to the new program.

I believe this satisfies your request, but if you have any questions or further requests, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Jenea Ashe
