Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of any records relating to the "unforeseen circumstances" precipitating the decision by Lyman Administration to postpone distribution of the Lyman High School yearbook, as referenced in the statement by Principal Michael Hunter on or about May 9, 2022.

2. A copy of any emails, letters, memoranda, text messages, social media messages, or other communications sent to or from Principal Hunter, and relating to the yearbook, between May 1 and May 9, 2022.

3. Any other records relating to the decision to postpone distribution of the yearbook.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I would like to amend this request to request the following records:

1. A copy of any records relating to the "unforeseen circumstances" precipitating the decision by Lyman Administration to postpone distribution of the Lyman High School yearbook, as referenced in the statement by Principal Michael Hunter on or about May 9, 2022.

2. A copy of any emails, letters, memoranda, text messages, social media messages, or other communications sent to or from Principal Hunter, and relating to the yearbook, between May 1 and May 9, 2022.

3. A copy of any emails, letters, memoranda, text messages, social media messages, or other communications sent to or from Michael Lawrence, and relating to the yearbook, between May 1 and May 9, 2022.

4. A copy of the specific policy referred to by Principal Hunter's statement that the yearbook material "did not meet school board policy" and was "out of compliance with board policy." 5. A copy of any message recorded by Principal Hunter, as referred to in the May 9, 2022 Orlando Sentinel article.

6. A copy of any other audio or video recordings by Principal Hunter made on May 8 or 9, 2022, including outtakes, raw recordings, edited recordings, or unedited recordings.

7. Any other records relating to the decision to postpone distribution of the yearbook.

Mr. Steinbaugh, attached is the response to your request for information sent on May 10, 2022. It’s my understanding that other than emails, no other records exist for Mr. Lawrence and/or Mr. Hunter. I have also included an invoice for the retrieval of emails and text messages. If you wish to proceed with this request, please advise. It’s important to note that we require a payment of 50% prior to our beginning the work, and the balance due upon receipt of the information.
