Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

What was the reason for sirens of a firetruck in Sanford, FL on 6/8/2014 at approximately 19:15? I was traveling on US-17 N/US-92 E/S going to The Barn on French Ave in Sanford when I was passed by Fire Engine #2 with sirens and lights going. Please provide any information such as the reason for the call, the address of the incident, the person that called in the emergency and the person or persons that were injured.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
