I request all information, including any subpoenas and electronic orders of preservation issued or received by the Seattle, WA Police Department (“Seattle PD”) between 2008 and 2013, (the past 5 years) that mention the Tor Project, or one of the following individuals involved with the Tor Project, including Andrew Lewman, Roger Dingledine, Nick Mathewson, and Jacob Appelbaum (who also may be known as “Jacob Appplebaum” or “Jake Appelbaum/Applebaum.” ) If you find responsive but non-releasable information, please cite the exemptions and amount and type of exempted materials.

It is our understanding that according to the Washington State Public Records Act, SPD should go ahead and forward this request to the agency they believe may have responsive records.
