When I initially went to pay for this request via your portal on 12/29/2021, I was informed that the payment was "past due" and unable to pay it, despite the invoice being only two weeks old. At that point, I initiated a check payment via this website on 12/29/2021. This is a payment method that I had previously used for this very request, which had been processed successfully. The check was processed for delivery on 01/05/2022 by USPS: well before the 30-day deadline.
