Dear ,

I am sorry for the inconveniences.  We haven't been able to figure out the issue as you should not have to put your name in to a customer name field to pay.  You login and then go to "View my Requests" (it looks like you were able to log in as you were able to send the message).  Find this PDR number and select "view invoice" and then follow the payment steps.  If it still doesn't work, you can mail a check to the Public Disclosure Unit, 610 5th Ave., PO Box 34986, Seattle, WA  98124-4986.  You could also call our office and talk to someone who may be able to walk you through it.  I am not as familiar with the customer side of payments as others in our office.

If you have any questions, you may send a message using the Police Records Request Center or call the Public Disclosure Desk at 206-684-5481.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Mash

I figured it out. I had to go to Update Profile and put in a Customer Name so that it automatically populated the field on the pay invoices page. Sorry for the confusion! If anyone else ever encounters this problem, you can tell them to make sure they have a Customer Name as part of their profile. Thank you so much for your help!
