Any records related to a police response to an abandoned vehicle on 2/24/2019 in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. The CAD Event Number for this incident was 19000068599. This call was for a presumably stolen vehicle with Minnesota plates, that was found early on Sunday morning in the 5700 block of 26th Avenue Northwest.
