Dear Mr. Rodriguez,
Thank you for your December 17, 2015 request for the following:
A copy of all nondisclosure agreements and/or contracts signed between the City of Seattle and any outside agency, contractor, vendor and/or supplier of services.
I am interpreting your request to be for agreements between the City of Seattle and vendors for the non-disclosure of city data by the vendor and/or the non-disclosure of vendor data by the city. You have not provided a date range so we will consider this to be for current contracts. Please let me know if this is not an accurate interpretation of your request.

There are three main types of contracts in the city: Purchasing, Construction and Consultant. There is no central tracking of which contracts have non-disclosure agreements and to the extent they exist - they will be in the custody of the contracting agency. Most current contracts by agency can be found at the following links. Please review the contracts on these links and indicate which specific contracts you are interested in.

Hi Kimberly,

I'm using an automated service to file this request and I apologize if it's created any unnecessary confusion.

My requests seeks documents stating the City of Seattle has agreed to a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" or a "Confidentiality Agreement" with a vendor; be it Purchasing, Construction or Consultant. Please provide documents from January 2013 - January 2016.

For reference, the Mayor's Office provided this "Confidentiality Agreement" between Rasier and City of Seattle during a Public Document Request for "Uber Lobbying Documents" - (https://www.muckrock.com/foi/seattle-69/uber-lobbying-documents-seattle-mayors-office-19384/)

You may view a PDF of that Agreement here:
https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/2429199-rasier-confidentiality-agreement-3.html#document/p1

The PDF of that document appears to be titled "Rasier confidentiality agreement(3).pdf"

Thank you for your continued cooperation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Please feel free to contact me w/ any questions you may have regarding this request.

Respectfully,
Bernard Rodriguez

Dear Mr. Rodriguez,

This email is to ask if you could please take action on the following:

The City of Seattle continues to receive automated follow-up emails to this request 22901-12636345 and 22900-98568307, both appear to be identical requests.

These requests were received in December 2015. In response to the email below, I conducted a search and our records indicate that records were provided and the requests were closed.

Please close both these requests to ensure that automated messages are no longer sent. It would be greatly appreciated. We will not respond to automated follow-up emails on these requests in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Kimberly
