Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all nondisclosure agreements and/or contracts signed between the City of Seattle and any outside agency, contractor, vendor and/or supplier of services.
TO BE CLEAR: this is NOT a request for a search of investigative materials, but for administrative records maintained by the City of Seattle.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

In accordance with RCW 42.56.520, this e-mail formally acknowledges receipt of your Public Records Request dated January 1, 2015 and received by the Legislative Department the January 5 concerning a Public Disclosure Request you submitted via Muckrock.com on 12/17/2015 for:
"a copy of all nondisclosure agreements and/or contracts between the City of Seattle and any outside agency, contractor, vendor and/or supplier of services."
The Legislative department is not responsible for the City contracting process, that function is handled by the Department Finance and Administrative Services. We see that the request was also sent to the Public Disclosure Officer for FAS, this is who we would have forwarded your request to for response and they will be responding on the City's behalf. This concludes the Legislative Departments response to your request.
