Each streetlight is billed individually, so while the City pays for most streetlights, suburban jurisdictions and a large number of private parties are also billed for streetlights. Please provide a time period for the customer billing records for streetlights. At what level of granularity would you like the customer billing records? Regarding part 3 of your request, the amounts paid by City Light ratepayers for converting streetlights is zero. Streetlight is a general government function and costs have not been paid by City Light ratepayers since 2003. This portion of your request is complete and closed. Please provide the requested clarification by February 28, 2018. Sincerely, Matt Cantrell Assistant Public Disclosure Officer
