Budgeting and financial data, spending reports, and cost breakdowns concerning expenditures on:

-Tear gas

-Pepper spray (Oleoresin Capsicum)

-Smoke grenades or concussion grenades

-Chemical munitions launchers

-Rubber bullets

-Batons

-Riot shields

-Protective gear such as helmets, body armor, gloves, etc.

I also request any grant applications and documentation in regards to purchasing any of the above mentioned equipment.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Invoice Details
Online delivery of files under 1 Gigabyte with a $.02 minimum charge: $0.02
Staff time to copy/attach a request at $.41 per minute with a two minute minimum: $0.82
Staff time to release records to Customer at $.41 per minute for each increment of 25 attachments.: $0.41
Instructions to make the payment:

* Navigate to 'View My Payments'
* You should see a button titled 'Make Payment'
