To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

All incident action plans, general offense (incident) reports, 9-1-1 audio, and dashboard camera (DICVS) audio and video from the demonstration on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at the Subway sandwich shop at 206 Broadway East in Seattle. This event was described by Stranger reporters Cienna Madrid (["Lawsuit Accuses Subway of Firing Worker for Striking"][1]) and Anna Minard (["Two People Including One Subway Employee Trespassed from Subway Restaurant During Protest"][2]), including the related notice of trespass. This should include but not be limited to the alleged interaction between demonstrator and Subway employee Caroline Durocher and SPD staff during which she claims officers refused to take a report of wage theft, and on which Mark A. Jamieson #5130 reportedly claimed inability to comment to Ms. Minard when asked.
