Dear Mr. Mocek:

This concerns your public disclosure request dated October 17, 2015, requesting roll call briefing notes for May Day 2015 and associated metadata.

In an effort to reduce the SPD Public Disclosure Unit's backlog that has resulted from an unprecedented increase in the volume and complexity of PRA requests SPD has received in the past year, we have distributed requests among SPD staff who do not normally respond to requests. Thus, the Legal Unit will be responding to #P2015-6166.

While the due date currently assigned to the request was 3/16/16, we will not be able to provide you the response until April 14, 2016. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
