Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

1. All communications exchanged with Magnolia Patrol Association ("magnoliapatrol.org" - 3213 W. Wheeler St. Suite 275 Seattle, Washington 98199 ) and Central Protection ("centralprotection.com") between January 1, 2014 and the date of this request. Please include all attachments.

Additionally please include in your search "@" replies and "direct messages" on twitter.com and from any social media accounts, including facebook.com, associated with Seattle Police Department.

2. All nondisclosure agreements or other agreements signed with Magnolia Patrol Association and/or Central Protection between January 1, 2014 and the date this request is processed.

3. All contracts, purchase orders, and invoices for Magnolia Patrol Association and/or Central Protection products from January 1, 2014 to the date of this request.

4. Records regarding any offer (including offers of employment or solicitation), proposal, arrangement, agreement, or memorandum of understanding with Magnolia Patrol Association and Central Protection .

Please include in your search, any and all documents, which may include correspondence within and outside the department and including other agencies, emails, newsletter subscriptions, training presentations, PowerPoint slides, and Microsoft Word documents, which discuss and/or solicit Magnolia Patrol Association and Central Protection services and/or products.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
