In case your department does not keep such a list, I would like a copy of any forms or applications submitted by officers for training with or expenses related to Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers between 1/1/12 and the date this request is processed.

The following is a list of FLETC courses I would like searched for:
-Active Shooter Threat Training Program
-Advanced Instruction for Marksmanship
-All Terrain Vehicle Training Program
-Advanced Pistol Training Program
-Continuing Legal Education Training Program-Uniformed Police
-Covert Electronic Tracking Program
-Internet Investigations Training Program
-Introduction to Digital Evidence Analysis
-Mobile Device Investigations Program
-Use of Force Instructor Training Program
-Land Transportation Antiterrorism Training Program

If the forms, applications, or requests do not specify which courses are going to be attended than just include any FLETC courses.

As a member of the news media working for MuckRock News I request that a fee waiver for my request be granted. My work has been published by national outlets. My work for Motherboard can be viewed at the following link: http://motherboard.vice.com/author/cwaltman

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

RE:  Public Disclosure Request#: P009109-012417

Dear ,
This is to inform you that SPD is revising its estimated response time for your request until 6/16/2017. Washington Public Records Act, Chapt. 42.56 RCW, (“PRA”) allows an agency to revise and extend it estimated response time, as long as the extension is reasonable. RCW 42.56.520; WAC 44-14-04003(7). SPD currently has more than 550 open public records requests. An agency shall not distinguish among persons requesting records. RCW 42.56.080. As a result, SPD must reasonably allocate its available resources equitably to all requesters. Due to unanticipated employee vacancies, SPD must redistribute the current workload resulting in temporary delays until those vacancies are filled.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thank you, Tara Collings
