From: Phil Mocek
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
1. Inventory of motor vehicles owned by City of Seattle
2. Inventory of motor vehicles leased by City of Seattle
I also request all associated metadata.
Please do not create a new record for me in fulfillment of my request (e.g., by printing an electronic record then scanning it to make a series of images of the printed data, by exporting to PDF, etc.). In order of preference, I would prefer that this record be provided as: OpenDocument spreadsheet, comma-separated-values (i.e., "CSV"), Excel spreadsheet, or the native electronic format of the software in which this record is stored.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Phil Mocek

Dear Mr. Mocek,
I am responding to your Public Disclosure Request dated 6/11/13, I am responding on behalf of Finance and Administrative Services (FAS)only. I have attached the data of all active City owned vehicles. FAS has no leased vehicles.
Attached is a link http://www.seattle.gov/publicdisclosure/pdo.htm that will take you to the page that lists all City Public Disclosure Officers. If you go to left hand side of the page, and the third document down - that link will direct you to all City Department Public Disclosure Officers. You can contact the other City Departments to see if they have any leased vehicles.
