Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:
This request refers to an expired Seattle Police Department contract with "HolisticInfoSec". The file name is titled: "HolisticInfoSec #2011-39 ends 2011-12-31.pdf"

1) Copies of "Deliverable Materials" as outlined in the contract titled: "HolisticInfoSec #2011-39 ends 2011-12-31.pdf" provided to Seattle Police Department Infrastructure Manager Jess Nash - email:jess.nash@seattle.gov by consultant Russell McRee, Owner of HolisticInfoSec -email:holisticinfosec@gmail.com
2) Copies of materials provided to the Consultant, which as outlined in the contract include:
A. in-scope IP ranges and URL's for SPD assets
B. written approval indicating explicit authority to aggressively assess SPD computing assets
C. all necessary scheduling and administrative functions
3) All correspondence between the Consultant: Russell McRee, Owner HolisticInfoSec - email:holisticinfosec@gmail.com and Seattle Police Department Infrastructure Manager Jess Nash - email:jess.nash@seattle.gov.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
