Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
On 10/01/2019 a video explaining Enrollment and Staffing Updates for 2019-20 School Year was posted on the district website. The URL for the video is as follows:

In order that parents may develop reasonable expectations as to future year disruptions, I would kindly like to request this following documents:
1) all of the notes used in preparation for this video
2) all emails related to this video, including but not limited to scheduling emails, review of scripts emails, and feedback emails
3) the prepared script for this video
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

The Public Records Office is in receipt of your request below. Please note that under the Public Records Act, an agency has 5 business days after receipt to reply to a requestor with 1) the records requested, 2) an anticipated date of when the records will be provided, 3) a request for clarification and reasonable time estimate, or 4) a denial of the request (see WAC 44-14-04003(4) for further clarification). You can also access the District's public records procedure (4040SP) online here<https://www.seattleschools.org/UserFiles/Servers/Server_543/File/District/Departments/School%20Board/Procedures/Series%204000/4040SP.pdf>.
Since your request was submitted after business hours on 10/3 (at 6:34pm), our office received your request last Friday, 10/4.
That said, we are currently working with staff to locate the records you've requested and will respond within the 5-business day timeframe (by tomorrow, 10/11). At that point, we hope to either provide the requested records to you or convey an estimated turnaround time.

As we mentioned in our email yesterday, our office is in receipt of your request below. Attached, please find the record responsive to Point 1 of your request. Relevant staff members have noted that there was no "script" for the video, only the attached recommended questions and possible responses.
We're currently in the process of conducting an email search to retrieve any records within the scope of Point 2.
Based on our current volume of open requests and staff workload, we anticipate providing at least an installment of records to you by Wednesday, October 23rd, if not sooner.
