Additional details regarding the citations would also be welcome in a separate document or documents, which could include all relevant write-ups in PDF form.The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. The Department considers thisrequest to be a duplicate of P003320 and the Department already responded tothat PDR and the response was as follows: This is in response to yourpublic disclosure request dated June 24, 2016 and received by the SeattlePolice Department’s Public Disclosure Unit on June 24, 2016 for data on everycitation issued to a non-motorized bicyclist under the influence between May 2010 to present. We contacted the SPD TrafficSection regarding your request. PerCaptain Greening, the SPD Traffic Section does not maintain records or tracktraffic statistics. The Seattle PoliceDepartment does not have responsive records to your request. We contacted Seattle Municipal Court(SMC)regarding your request. Per GaryIreland of SMC there is not an SMC code relating to this type of charge. Thus, there would not be any cases for thisviolation type at Seattle Municipal Court.
