A record of any police-issued summonses for violations of the Governor's executive order related to COVID-19, or for violations of any county or municipal ordinances related to COVID-19, from the period of March 1, 2020 to May 17, 2021.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

We confirmed that to their knowledge the Department did not decide to enforce or issue any summons or violations of the Governor's executive order related to COVID-19.
We do not have a record or the ability to readily create a record that contains the information you are seeking. The Public Record Act does not require us to perform research projects or develop data for information requests. RCW 42.56.080.
After conducting our research, we have determined SPD does not have records responsive to your request.
