The after action report, use of force report as well as any other relevant files regarding the attempted arrest of Charleena Lyles by Seattle PD that occurred on June 18th, 2017. In addition I request any and all documents related to her arrest on June 5th, 2017 by Seattle PD - which includes, but is not limited to, incident and arrest reports.

I also request any current training materials or guidelines generated or adopted by the Seattle DP regarding the policing, apprehension or arrest procedures of subjects who suffer from mental health issues or substance abuse issues. Finally, I request current department deadly force training and procedures.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
