From: Mike Davis

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to RCW Ch. 42.56 (Public Records Act), I hereby request the following records:

It has come to my attention that SPD removes ALPR records from its internal database every 90 days and that a script was written
to perform the task, This request is for that script as well as any internal emails, interoffice mails or recorded communications which led to the creation and implementation of the script as well as any legal guidance which may have been solicited with regards to the deletion of those records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Mike Davis

I'm a bit concerned by this transition, I have no visibility as to what request P003126 contained, or how that will be fulfilled, so I would like to assert that my FOIA request is independent of P003126 and would like to know how I can go about getting compliance on this request without having to track down the owner of P003126?

any help would be appreciated
