See here for additional information: http://www.seattle.gov/public-records/public-records-fee-schedule

We anticipate the estimated fee for this request will be $1.25, and an invoice will be sent to you on that date, for you to pay online. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Your request seeks OPA investigation records. You may not be aware, but OIG is a separate department with oversight obligations. As part of its work OIG reviews portions of OPA investigation files in the course of its work, but does not necessarily review the entire OPA files. Under the PRA an agency is obligated to respond to requests for records it prepares, owns, uses, or retains. Consistent with the PRA, OIG has only responded to your request by providing the portions of files it has used in the course of its work. If you are interested in the full OPA file, that can be obtained by making a request directly to SPD/OPA.
We have provided all records responsive to your request. Your request is now closed. Sincerely, Lacey Gray Office of Inspector General

Hi Bridget,
I apologize, I switched the attachment to be able to viewed by the customer, but it didn't save correctly. I have fixed it, and you should now have access.
Regarding your question, we made that statement to clarify that the OIG records provided are those that were owned, retained or used by OIG. It is simply a clarifying statement to you, as records owned or retained by OPA belong to OPA and requests for those records would need to go to them. We have provided you with the OIG records you requested.
Again, apologies for not having access to the attachment!
Thank you,
Lacey Gray
