Copies of the following documents: (1) department policies and procedures related to internal affairs investigations, discipline and code or standards of conduct; and (2) completed internal affairs investigations statistical summary for years 2011 through 2014.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
