Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A Shapefile or CSV containing at minimum the Address Points (house # and street name) and their corresponding Latitude/Longitude. If additional data such as the Unit Number, City, Zipcode, Parcel Id exists they should be included as well.
If this cannot be accessed, the parcel file including situs address would suffice.
Other names for this include: E911 Address Database, Civic Address File, Parcel Dataset, Land Ownership Dataset, Tax Parcels, Address Points.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Ingalls:
I have been working to see what we have available to accommodate your request. I have consulted the person in charge of the County's GIS system. We do not have any record that is readily available that we could just send to you electronically. However, we are able to offer the "Standard Parcel Data", which we sell for $120 that includes the location addresses from our assessment records but does not include a zip code or mailing city. The address point data would have to be a custom request which would require some programming and the cost for that would also be $120 pursuant to our fee schedule. Therefore, I believe we could provide you electronically something close to what you are asking for but the cost would be $240.00. If you want to move forward with this, please send a check payable to Schuylkill County in the amount of $240.0 to Darlene Laughlin, Schuylkill County Courthouse, 401 North Second Street, Pottsville, PA 17901.

Good morning Mr. Ingalls,
I have received your request for our GIS data. I have noticed you are requesting address points. Currently, our address point layer is not in a state we feel comfortable with sending out, as there are a few issues with it. I can send you our "standard data," which has the addresses attached to the parcels. If you would choose to go this route, I would ask if you would please send another check in the amount of $120; I will void the check you already sent (#1556). I will also need a signed License Agreement (attached) if you choose to obtain the "standard data" or wish to still receive the address points.
